Where are WaterField Designs products manufactured?
Every WaterField bag and case is designed and handcrafted right here in our San Francisco workshop. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure fair labor practices.
What materials do you use for your bags and cases?
We use premium, high-performance materials including 1050 Denier Ballistic nylon, waxed canvas, and full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather sourced from top-tier tanneries.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, shipping times vary. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days, while 'production' items will ship as soon as they are finished.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused products in their original condition within 30 days of the shipping date.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their home country.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
